PROJECT: Construction of Concrete Pedestrian Jetty at Ofunama, Ovia South West L.G.A., Edo State
PROJECT LOCATION:
The project is located at Ofunama Community in Ovia South West Local Government Area, Edo State.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The scope of work involves the construction of a concrete pedestrian jetty comprising:
- Installation of 60 No. bored cased piles, each to a depth of 15 meters.
- A reinforced concrete walkway, 3.0 meters wide and 52 meters long, seated on the piles.
- A jetty platform measuring 20m x 8m, integrated with the walkway.
- A 400mm reinforced concrete perimeter beam along the water-facing side of the structure.
